Job Summary


The incumbent will primarily support the Spectrum Efficient National Surveillance Radar (SENSR) Program, a cross-agency program in partnership with the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), to assess the feasibility of making radio frequency spectrum available for auction by consolidating current surveillance radar missions.Business Component: Office of the Assistant Administrator for Policy, International Affairs, and Environment, Systems and Policy Analysis Division (APO-200)



Qualifications


Applicants must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED experience equivalent to the next lower grade/pay band (FG/GS-13/FV-I) in the Federal Government.

Specialized experience is defined as that which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is typically in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as:Experience with facilitating and leading meetings and meeting logistics; including development and coordination of briefing materials and executive summaries; ANDLeading efforts to collaborate with individuals across various organizations to identify and resolve new and cross-cutting aviation policy issues.You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
