Job Summary

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirement described below.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.

Minimum Qualification Requirement: One full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-05 level (obtained in either the public or private sectors).

This experience must include activities such as: (1) exercising full powers of detention and/or apprehension which may include carrying a firearm and mirandizing suspects; (2) verifying credentials of personnel for restricted/authorized areas; (3) conducting preliminary and final investigations of alleged and actual crimes; (4) performing traffic duty and (5) conducting random vehicle searches at private and commercial entry ways.
