The mission of the Education Support Squadron is to provide efficient customer focused, unit-level support for Air University Officer Professional Military Education (OPME) programs through synergistically organized delivery in the areas of Human and Financial Resources Management, Academic Assessments, Intellectual Property Management, Plans and Programs, and Technology Infrastructure Assistance enabling accountability, readiness, compliance, and institutional effectiveness.
Air University invites applications for a faculty position to take the lead role in planning, coordination, developing and conducting Professional Education (PE) assessments for OPME programs to provide meaningful data for strategic planning and contributing to the assessment of Air University institutional effectiveness (IE) efforts.

A doctorate degree is desired in a related field.The applicant should have deep experience in program assessment, program curriculum evaluation from an accredited University.The applicant should be knowledgeable in scholarly research methods and have the ability to conduct inquiry and publish in professional journals or books is desirable.
